The crazy quilt was made in response to the BP oil Spill in 2010. Fabrics were alteredm dyed and printed before appliqued into quilt

If Godzilla was born off the oil slick Gulf Of Mexico it would be alligator based and here the tail has disentegrated down to wires and a few bones held really only by a curse.
Part of Prospect 1.5 Satelite show at the Aquarium Gallery. Paper mache whale painted in Indigenous peoples of the Pacific Northwest Coast totems. Here the whale is busting through an American colonizer home flooring looking hungry but also playfully to the viewer.
